How can I subscribe to e-banking services and create my secret code ?
To check your accounts on the Internet, it is necessary for you to subscribe to e-banking services contract.

You can subscribe when you open your current account with one of our Account Managers. Your client code (= customer code, ID code) will be given to you immediately.

The secret code is systematically sent by mail as soon as your e-banking services contract is subscribed.

How can I get my Client Code ?

You can ask your Account Manager to grant you access.

I forgot my secret code !

If you forgot your secret code, please ask your Account Manager for a new password ("une ré-attribution de code secret"). The new secret code will be sent by mail. With this new code, you will be able to check your account immediately.

Some vocabulary ?

" La saisie de votre code client est incorrecte… " : the client code you input is incorrect.

" La saisie de votre code secret est incorrecte… " : the secret code you input is incorrect.

" Les données saisies sont incorrectes. Veuillez les saisir à nouveau. " : (= wrong data) the client code or the secret code you input is incorrect.

" Les caractéristiques de votre contrat ne vous donnent pas l'accès via Internet. Veuillez contacter votre conseiller en agence. " : your contract caracteristics do not enable you to access your accounts using internet. Please contact your account manager.

" Seule la consultation vous est accessible. Veuillez contacter votre conseiller en agence. " : only consultation is enabled. Please contact your account manager.
